Request a refund
Purchases made in Quizy are processed by Apple, so refund requests are made to Apple. Quizy cannot issue or approve App Store refunds.
How to ask Apple for a refund
- Open Apple's Report a Problem page and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
- Choose I'd like to and select Request a refund.
- Select the Quizy purchase and follow Apple's instructions.
Apple decides whether a request is eligible and how long it takes. Quizy cannot promise a refund, an outcome or a timeline. Your statutory rights are not affected; see our Terms of Use.
Refunds, cancellation and deletion are separate
- A refund request does not cancel your subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription.
- Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription or guarantee a refund. Delete your account.
