Manage or cancel your subscription

Quizy subscriptions are purchased and billed by Apple through your Apple Account. Only Apple can change or cancel them. Quizy cannot cancel an App Store subscription for you.

How to cancel on your iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Settings and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions and choose Quizy.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

You can also use Apple's subscription page. Opening it does not itself cancel anything; confirm the cancellation with Apple.

Cancelling stops future renewals through Apple. Apple's own terms govern when access ends.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription

Deleting the app or your Quizy account does not cancel an App Store subscription. If you plan to delete your account, cancel the subscription with Apple first to avoid further charges. You do not have to wait for it to expire before deleting.
