Review the price, billing period, renewal terms and included benefits shown at purchase. A subscription does not guarantee matches or replies. Quizy recognizes Paid access after purchase verification.
Manage or cancel
Manage Apple-billed subscriptions through your Apple account’s subscription settings. Deleting the app, pausing Discovery or deleting your Quizy account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription. Use Apple’s refund process for Apple-billed refund requests.
Missing access
Use the supported purchase restoration flow and the Apple account used for the purchase. If access is still missing, contact support@quizy.ca with the problem and relevant transaction reference when requested. Do not send payment-card details or Apple credentials; a purchase cannot be assumed transferable to another Quizy account.
