Choose deletion deliberately
Use the supported account deletion flow or the public account-deletion process if you cannot use the app. Follow its verification and confirmation steps. Deletion is irreversible; uninstalling, signing out or pausing is not account deletion.
What happens
Deletion revokes access and removes personal information that no longer has an authorized purpose. Limited lawful retention and historical effects are described in the Privacy Policy. Do not assume that another person’s independent copies can be recalled.
Cancel billing separately
If you have an Apple subscription, cancel renewal through Apple’s subscription settings separately. Contact support@quizy.ca if you need help accessing the deletion process, or privacy@quizy.ca for a privacy request.
