Use your own contact details and follow the verification instructions presented during sign-in or onboarding. Quizy supports email verification and supported Apple sign-in; phone enrollment and verification may also be required for participation.
If a code does not arrive
Check the address or number you entered and your email spam folder. Use the available resend option and respect any retry delay. Use the most recent requested code; never share verification codes with another member.
Getting help
If verification keeps failing, contact support@quizy.ca with the affected sign-in method and a short description. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
